Illogical reason carves a deep and vicious path
Through the heart's landscape, an aftermath
Broken nails rip apart the eyes
Callous hands redirect the pain from lies

The oil of mankind falls warm upon lands

Glints of hope, escape of this plight

Escape a dysphoric state so dire

Unexpected chance to turn an new leaf
Rare are things with last for eternity
New skin pulls over tender memory

Reincarnated in layers of hate

Breaking the chains bestowed by the reason
